The 24th Manila Japanese Association Bon Odori Festival will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the grounds of the Manila Japanese School in BGC.

Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(Event will be cancelled in case of severe weather.)

This annual festival is organized by the Manila Japanese Association (JAMI) and has long been a meaningful event created by the Japanese community in Manila together with Filipino friends and supporters.

Celebrating 70 Years of Japan–Philippines Friendship

This year’s festival is especially significant as it commemorates the 70th Anniversary of the Normalization of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and the Philippines.

It marks an important milestone in the long-standing friendship between the two countries and provides a wonderful opportunity to strengthen cultural exchange and community ties.

Japanese Food Booths
A variety of Japanese and Japan-related vendors will offer festival food and treats, bringing the authentic atmosphere of a Japanese summer festival to Manila.

Fireworks Display
A fireworks show is planned as the grand finale (subject to weather conditions).
