Application for J Test for groups can be done by:
Download the Application form via the J.TEST Philippines Group Participant Application Form.
Fill in the data of participants who will take the exam according to the level to be followed.
Send a file containing participant data along with photos of participants in digital form using
the Application form.
Please change the name of each participant’s photo file with the format “name of participant date of birth”.
Confirmation email and payment methods will be sent after we receive the email containing the examinee’s data.
Send proof of payment via email after completing the payment.
